The Voting Wars: Elections and the Law from Registration to Inauguration

The 2012 election season saw significant changes in state voting laws, but there were still major logistical problems at the polls and after in many locations. The focus of the 2012-2013 Symposium was the identification and analysis of the issues underlying these problems.

The keynote address was given by Richard Hasen, the Chancellor's Professor of Law and Political Science at the University of California at Irvine and  a nationally recognized expert in election law and campaign finance regulation. Below is a video of his address.
